Handwriting...

It was such a lovely day we decided to do our handwriting outside today…

And we practised our word family for this week...

Movin' March...

As part of Movin' March week, we recorded some of the things we saw, heard and smelled on the way to school.

On our way to school…

We saw…
birds, butterflies, cicadas, plants, trees, blackberry plants, people, moths, bees, flowers, hills.

We heard…
Birds, cicadas, cars, wind in the trees, children, playing, people walking, rustling trees.

We smelled…
Flowers, car exhaust fumes, wet games, mown grass.

We are looking forward to seeing all of the fancy feet tomorrow at the 'Fancy Feet' parade! Don't forget to come to school with your fancy feet!

Our Learning Tree...

Our 'Learning Tree' has finally made it to our blog! We thought it would be a great idea to make a special tree for our classroom and come up with some important goals that we can work towards and reflect on during the year.

Here are some photos of us painting our leaves to put onto our tree...

Here are our goals...

My goal is to get better at writing because I want to write more interesting stories. I love writing, it’s fun.

Grace

Our library days...

Just a reminder that our library days are on Wednesday and Friday. If you have finished reading your library book, remember to return it to our green library box so you are able to choose a new book!
